Panasonic ES-LA93-K/ESLA63-S Arc 4 review
The Panasonic ES LA63S is most users’ say, comfortable to keep. A rubberized coating on the back of the shaver helps you keep your grip on it, despite having wet hands. A few users of Panasonic ES also say that the top of the shaver is a little too bulky, which in turn helps it be hard to shave closely around detail areas like upper lips and noses. On the other hand, they state the Panasonic ES trimmer feature is effective.
A couple of key features of Panasonic ES get this to model simple to use: Owners say it charges quickly (in about an hour) and that it continues to shave at full power until the battery runs out completely, as opposed to slowly fading with the battery charge. Downsides are that you can’t utilize it while it’s plugged directly into charge, the charger does not fit into the travel carry pouch, and battery life might not always live up to the claimed 45-minute span.
Panasonic ES -LA93-K 4 Blade shaver comes in black and with its cleaning-charging system while the silver colored ones, the Panasonic ES -LA63-S which is just a standalone. Both Panasonic ES shavers functions the same and will be used on wet/dry shaving. These 2 shavers only differ in color, price and the cleaning – charging dock that only comes with the Panasonic ES -LA93-K model. The price of Panasonic ES -LA93-K shaver is relatively close to the Braun 7 790cc. The Panasonic ES -LA93-K is a great alternative for men who want a foil shaver that can also do wet shaving where in fact the Braun 7 790cc only supports dry shaving.
Like any quality electric shaver, the Panasonic ES -LA93-K possesses hefty price. But for a mid-range model Panasonic ES maybe not overpriced also it carries the majority of the high-end features of the top-of-the-line Panasonic ES models. Quick, smooth shaves and a modest-cost, easy-to-use cleaning system – combined with stellar indicators – make this Panasonic ES model one I can happily recommend.
The only real dilemma is whether to forego the cleaning system, and in the process save some cash, by opting for the Panasonic ES -LA63-S instead. It’s the same model minus the charger/cleaner. The price difference (as of this writing) is about $65 on Amazon. Cleaning by rinsing with vibrate on is an extra effort and the charger is terrific. Still, personally, I’d probably skip the cleaning system – but it’s a tough call. How much Panasonic ES is convenience worth to you?
